1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at autozrepair.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by AutoZmotive Repair Shop, located at 7929 Charles St, Philadelphia, PA 19136 (“AutoZmotive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Website Use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent appointment requests
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any database connected to the Site
• Transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person's use or enjoyment of the Site

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.

3. Appointment Requests

Submitting an appointment request through our online booking form does not guarantee an appointment. We will contact you within one (1) business day to confirm availability and finalize scheduling. AutoZmotive reserves the right to decline any appointment request. An appointment is confirmed only when we have explicitly confirmed it with you by phone, text, or email.

4. Pricing and Estimates

All prices and estimates displayed on this Site are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice. Actual repair costs depend on your specific vehicle, the condition of parts, and the scope of work required once the vehicle is inspected by our technicians.

Any estimate provided — whether verbally, in writing, by phone, or via our website — is an estimate only and not a binding quote. Final pricing is determined at the time of service based on an in-person inspection of your vehicle.

We are committed to transparent, honest pricing. We will notify you and obtain your approval before performing any work that exceeds the initial estimate.

5. Repair Warranty

AutoZmotive stands behind our work. Most repairs performed at our shop are covered by a 12-month / 12,000-mile limited warranty on parts and labor, whichever comes first.

This warranty covers defects in the parts supplied and workmanship errors by our technicians. It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance after the repair
• Pre-existing conditions or damage unrelated to the repair performed
• Parts supplied by the customer
• Consumable items such as brake pads, wiper blades, and light bulbs, unless a specific defect in the part or installation is identified

To claim warranty service, bring your vehicle to our shop within the warranty period. We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle and determine whether the issue falls within the scope of the warranty. Warranty service is provided at our shop location only. AutoZmotive is not responsible for towing costs unless separately agreed.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties — Website

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED ON IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUTOZMOTIVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUTOZMOTIVE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR EXCLUSIONS OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of AutoZmotive Repair Shop or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as Google Maps, Google Reviews, and social media). These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
